THANK YOUUU ๐ Ladies vintage, black wool kilt from Scottish Moffat weavers...Gorgeous item.. has leather straps to fasten and velcro on the inside section...its marked as a size 18, but being vintage is far from it... the waist fastened on medium hole in belt is approx 15inches, so 30inches total... the length is approx 28/29 inches... its more of a uk 10 I would say?... bu check your measurements as there is no returns...
